The ACCBO Planning Committee is pleased to invite our Vendors to join us for our Fall 2017 ACCBO Conference in Asheville, North Carolina. 

Our conference is November 6-8th at the beautiful Renaissance Hotel in downtown Asheville.

*** The conference rate is NO LONGER available, but the hotel website is still showing available rooms Sunday - Wednesday. The rate for Sunday is $166.00, but the rate increases to $195.00 for Monday and Tuesday, which averages to $185.00 for all three nights.  Each attending Vendor will have an opportunity to introduce themselves at our opening General Session, special recognitions for our sponsoring vendors and an opportunity to mix and mingle with conference participants at the Vendor Social. This year's Vendor Interaction Game will be BINGO!!

 

 The registration fee structure has changed this year and space is limited. Next year ACCBO will only be offering one conference - Spring Only!! Please review the below structure and call or email us to reserve your space! Online Registration should be open soon!!  ... But don't wait ...

 

 

  • BASE FEE:   ($800) including table, 2 chairs, power, WIFI, (2) drink tickets each night and an invitation to our Vendor Social. Your company and logo will be promoted in the agenda and you will be introduced at opening session. 
  • BRONZE SPONSOR: Includes base fee package PLUS one of the following:
     - VENDOR BREAK SPONSOR ($1,200) - ONLY THREE AVAILABLE... special recognition will be displayed on signage at vendor breaks; sponsorship includes two (2) banquet tickets. 

    - AV EQUIPMENT SPONSOR ($1,200) - UNLIMITED... special recognition in conference literature; sponsorship includes two (2) banquet tickets. 

  • SILVER SPONSOR: includes base fee package PLUS one of the following:
    -
    BREAKFAST SPONSOR ($2,000) - ONLY TWO AVAILABLE... logo will be prominently displayed during breakfast; vendor is allotted five minutes during breakfast to address attendees; sponsorship includes two (2) banquet tickets. 
    - DRINK TICKET SPONSOR ($2,000) - ONLY FIVE AVAILABLE... logo will be printed on drink tickets used for Monday Vendor Social and Tuesday banquet; each sponsor will receive 20 drink tickets to hand out to attendees each night; sponsorship includes two (2) banquet tickets.
    - PRESENTER GIFT SPONSOR ($2,500) - ONLY ONE AVAILABLE... logo will be printed on the gift for each conference presenter; sponsorship includes two (2) banquet tickets.

  • GOLD SPONSOR: includes base fee package PLUS one of the following:
    - WIFI SPONSOR ($3,000) - ONLY THREE AVAILABLE... logo prominently displayed on conference materials pertaining to WIFI; sponsorship includes three (3) banquet tickets, three (3) drink tickets for Social, and six (6) drink tickets for banquet; prime location; complete attendee list. 
    - ENTERTAINMENT SPONSOR ($3,000): ONLY THREE AVAILABLE... Entertainment this f\year will be a House Tour at Biltmore on Tuesday night, following Banquet. Sponsor logo will be prominently displayed on conference materials as a co-sponsor for the Biltmore Tour. Includes 3 banquet tickets; 6 drink tickets Tuesday; 3 drink tickets Monday; Prime location; complete attendee list and 2 passes to Biltmore tour. 
    - BANQUET SPONSOR ($3,500) -  ONLY TWO AVAILABLE... Vendor will be allotted 5 minutes during the banquet to address the group; 3 banquet tickets; 6 drink tickets Tuesday; 3 drink tickets Monday; prime table location; conference attendee list.
    - MOBILE APP SPONSOR ($3,500) - ONLY ONE AVAILABLE... Will be allotted 5 minutes during the banquet to address the group; 3 banquet tickets; 6 drink tickets Tuesday; 3 drink tickets Monday; prime table location; conference attendee list.
    - GIVEAWAY SPONSOR ($5,000) - ONLY ONE AVAILABLE... Logo on the conference gift given to all attendees at registration; 3 drink tickets on Monday, 6 drink tickets Tuesday and 3 banquet tickets; prime table location and conference attendee list.

  • TITLE SPONSOR ($6,000) - ONLY ONE AVAILABLE... Logo prominently displayed on the conference registration website and printed materials. Will be recognized at the opening and general sessions, 4 banquet attendees; 8 drink tickets Tuesday; 4 drink tickets Monday; complete list of attendees; 2 passes to Biltmore House Tour on Tuesday and special vendor table location.

Our Chief Financial Officers, Purchasing Officers, Human Resource Officers, Finance, and Business Services staff members greatly appreciate the opportunity to interact with vendors who provide products and services valuable to the Community Colleges in North Carolina. We encourage you to come out and join us again this year.

 

*If possible, please pay conference registration by credit card. However, if paying by check, all payments by check must be received by the treasurer no later than November 1.  After November 1, registrations must be paid by credit card.
